Isolated yet enveloped, I found myself in a cocoon of bittersweet solitude. Grief weighed heavy on my heart, I was anchored in the churning waters of my emotions. Yet, amidst this heaviness, the world pulsed with vibrant with a warm spirit energy, i felt it was prayers, kindness and joy from the people in my life who i am very grateful for.
